If any product is defective then please give us a email at support@buzzloveshop.com . Some of our products come with travel locks that can be a little tricky to turn off, we will gladly help you troubleshoot your new toy.

We want you to enjoy your new toy, so if within 30 days of purchase and the troubleshooting hasn't been successful we'll issue a return authorization to get you a replacement as quickly as possible. 

If 30 days have passed, we'll still gladly help you with some troubleshooting and most of our toys come with generous manufacturer warranties so we can put you in touch directly with the manufacturer to get you the help you need!
