All of the products we sell on Buzz Love are brand new, as received from the manufacturer.
Due to the nature of the products, and for the safety of our customers and staff we cannot accept returns for non defective items. Please ensure that the product you have selected is the color, size and material you want, unfortunately once the item is shipped we are unable to offer exchanges for any products that are not defective.
